Bbundles Hair strives to accommodate YOU, our valued customer. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. For the safety of our customers, we are unable to accept opened, unwrapped, worn, colored/ dyed, finger combed and/or tampered products. 

 

The Following Products are Final Sale

 

  • Sale Item (DISCOUNT CODE USED ITEMS) 
  • Custom Orders ( i.e. Wigs/ Closure, Frontals 20" & longer/ Silk Closures/ Silk Frontals
  • 5x5 Lace Closure textures loose wave, super curl, curly, kinky curl, exotic wave 
  • Custom Dyed Bundles
  • Eyelashes ( Mink & Synthetic )

 Bbundles Hair currently does not provide return shipping labels. 

 

  •  Refund Processing Time 7-10 Business Days, you will receive a confirmation email once we receive your package at our facility
  •  15% Restocking fee may apply
  • Original shipping charges will not be refunded

 

 Email customerservice@bbundleshair.com and include your order number and return tracking number and you'll receive a confirmation email once your return has been received.
